| All RIP related business requiring a response, should go through the Support Department. All non-RIP related business requiring a response should go through the Support Department. General correspondence with me (Skymaster) can be sent to my email, PM's etc as usual.  The Support Department will help you get a faster, more timely, response by tracking your support ticket. It will allow more than one person to assist in getting things completed, and will allow me to easily open uncompleted items that need completion. And most importantly, it will archive all items for future reference if needed. Instructions: - You must register.
- Once registered, you can submit a ticket, View open tickets, check on a ticket status, and view all closed tickets in your individual account.
- To submit a ticket, click the appropriate option, "Submit a Ticket".
- Choose a department: General Support, Member Awards, Complaints, Game Server(s) and Skymaster's Office.
- The first four options will be open to select RIP Officers, of which I will assist and oversee. The last option, Skymaster's Office, is a direct ticket for me only. Please use the appropriate option. I don't mind answering items that need my attention, but if it belongs in a specific area, please send it there.
Specific Instructions for Member Awards: - Select Member Awards option.
- Use a valid email.
- In the Website URL: Provide a url address to your screenshot. Use ImageShack or other free hosting option. Screenshot must show the scoreboard.
- In the message: Provide the map name, the date of your accomplishment, Member name, and the medal you have earned.
- Any items not included will result in your request being discarded.
- Individual emails and PM's for awards will be discarded.
